Summer tour dates posted!

so as i was readin my mail today, i noticed i got a new 311 news letter thingie. it informed me that the new summer tour dates have been posted... atleast some of them. so as i was reading through, i happened to notice they are playing seriously 45 mins from my house! IM SO FUCKING EXCITED. JULY 25TH is right around the corner and i will be there with all my other fellow fans enjoyin some extremly fuckin good music! anyway.. figured i would let you all know and hope you all get lucky with tickets as i hope to! LaterZ!!

311 Day DVD

what did everyone think? I unfortunately missed the show but I am super grateful for the dvd version. I think the cinematography of the whole thing was decent to good but the audio is where the dvd shines. The soundboard rip sounds GREAT especially since they dropped the songs that had technical difficulties. The video is a bit grainy and not high contrast enough for my liking. Like it was shot on DV or something? But all in all I feel like it was definitly 311 quality and something I'm glad to add to my collection.

P.S. SA during the tribal drums... man....

311 Day is upon us!

It's right around the corner folks! 311 day! Back in style in naw'lins (New Orleans) So lets share those wonderful 311 day experiences! I went to the last one they had 2 years ago (because they spent last year making the new album) And it was awesome. They had a 42 song set that lasted almost 4 hours!! it was quite possibly the best experience ever!
